What's up everyone. I'm glad to be back with another episode of SHE-ROES #Quarantine edition. I didn't want to stop interviewing women that can help us during these times. 

I had to set up shop at home lol and record via SKYPE. But glad I can still bring you some inspiration. Right now our normal has dramatically changed right? for me my workouts are not the same but thanks to my personal trainer Tirzah Hubbard I've been able to stay active at home and join in on workouts via zoom. There's always a way to make it work right?

Tirzah- Was introduced to training at an early age being a former athlete running track, basketball, softball, olympic liftng and cross country. She approaches her own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to her clients. Evolution of the mind and body is the goal to help transformation occur.

A deadlift is a strength-training exercise that primarily targets your hamstrings, lower back, quadriceps and glutes. Building these muscles helps improve your body's strength and stability
