For the last several years I've been addicted to making this drink around the holiday season “COQUITO” Since one of my favorite things to drink is coconut water, I found the coquito recipe is the perfect drink to enjoy around the holiday season which has a kick of some rum. I normally make these drinks so people could have a taste of the Latin culture. So, if you are looking for something new to drink this holiday season you might as well watch the video below and get the recipe. This is a skinny version of the coquito, so it has less calories. But it tastes so good.

Coquito means “Little coconut” in Spanish and is a traditional Christmas drink in Puerto Rico. It is very similar to eggnog a lot of people consider this drink to be the Puerto Rican eggnog. So, if you love cinnamon, if you love coconuts well this is the perfect drink to lighten up your holiday season.
