Following the shooting of Jacob Blake in their home state of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bucks are boycotting their game 5 playoff game vs the Orlando Magic and have not emerged from their locker rooms in what was supposed to be a 4pm EST tip off.   Many sports teams and their players and coaches had been discussing boycotting their games following the shooting, including the Celtics and Raptors, in which is definitely an unprecedented statement and stand against police brutality which had in the past seen actions such as Colin Kaepernick taking a knee during the National Anthem while playing in the NFL, and later players in teams and sports franchises across the country taking a knee following more deaths at the hand of police such as George Floyd and Breonna Taylor.

The NBA has also announced that the rest of the days games (MIL-ORL, HOU-OKC and LAL-POR) have been postponed and will be rescheduled.
