Over 6 months after Breonna Taylor was killed by the Louisville Metro Police Department while executing a no-knock warrant, a Kentucky grand jury has indicted former police officer Brett Hankison of first-degree wanton endangerment, and did not indict the other 2 officers in the shooting.  The wanton endangerment charge is considered a class D felony and can carry a penalty of 1 to 5 years in prison.

Ahead of the indictment announcements, Louisville was put under a 72 hour curfew beginning tonight at 9p until 6:30am.
