See how a TOPLESS WORLD may be coming

There's a new call to action with gender equality, and that call is to FREE THE NIPPLE

August 19, 2019

Nipples have been a big discussion in the past. At the very least we can say that it has led to some entertaining discussions and even more entertaining moments.

From Janet Jackson's infamous "wardrobe malfunction" during the halftime show to the more recent Megan Rapinoe "nipple-slip" at this year's ESPYs, to the even more recent nipple news from Cameron Dove and Halle Berry : nipples have provided for us in many ways (yea, you can read that again lol).

Well here is the latest boobery to be bared...

As reported by NBC NEWS, there are three women in New Hampshire that are lobbying for the U.S. Supreme Court to lift an ordinance banning women from appearing topless in public. The basis is that they say it violates the Constitution because it treats men and women differently. It has been an ongoing topic for these women in recent years and the current rally cry is that they want to FREE THE NIPPLE. (not a bad idea, yea?).

For details on this story you can just click here . Essentially, The Supreme Court announcement as to whether it will hear the case will come in early October.

In the meantime though, you can see the most recent celebrity examples of nipple exposure below. First is Cameron Dove (Disney star of "Descendants 3”) who posted her braless pic on Instagram and recieved a lot of backlash (which you can read about here). And just below that is the iconic Halle Berry who celebrated her 53rd birthday recently with her own nipple pic on IG and has her own story here from Cosmopolitan.

“Women HAVE a history that has been systematically suppressed. Our collective spirituality has largely been tainted to fit the needs of men and those in power. This has a profound effect on the self-esteem of girls and the women they become. This influence can be seen in their life choices, partners and financial security for the rest of their lives. It also has an effect on the way their future partners will view them - and ultimately treat them. Our girls deserve better. The time to introduce feminism and woman-centered spirituality to ALL children is now.”
