T.I. Creates Scholarship to Support Single Mothers in College

The Rapper Named the Scholarship after his Fallen Sister

May 9, 2019

T.I. has recently made headlines for weighing in on some of hip hop's hottest topics including his criticism on Kodak Black and his thoughts on Gucci.

This time he wanted to highlight single mothers pursuing a higher education.

The "Whatever You Like Rapper" teamed up with VH1 to create the Precious Chapman Scholarship which he named after his sister who passed away in a car accident a couple months ago.

The $25,000 scholarship was awarded to an Arkansas college student, Tierani Scott.

Big ups to T.I. for helping out the community!
