Sacramento County is going to ease up on certain guidelines regarding COVID-19 as it moves into the 'red tier.'

KCRA shares that counties in this tier can resume indoor dining, and can reopen movie theaters, gyms and houses of worship with limited capacities.

Hair salons, barbershops, museums, zoos, nail salons and personal care services are also allowed to reopen indoors with modifications.

Businesses are required to uphold social distancing, mask wearing and sanitation.
