Comedian Pete Davidson is turning heads after fans posted pictures and tweeted about the non-disclosure agreement they had to sign in order to see him Live.

According to Entertainment Weekly the NDA prohibits fans from sharing any recaps, opinions or critiques about the show to any media outlets. It also gives Davidson's team permission to confiscate any phones during his show. On top of that fans are liable to pay a million dollars on top of legal fees if they do not comply.

We had to sign an NDA & lock our phones, so all I can say is we saw Pete Davidson last night! #aboutlastnight // ---- @stephkuras

The posts came in after his show in the Bay area which was reportedly recorded for a Netflix special. In this case an NDA would be standard BUT other fans chimed in and said they had to sign a similar document before watching the SNL comedian perform.

This just makes me so curious as to what he's talking about during his he spilling the tea on Ari? Guess you'll have to buy a ticket to find out or just wait for that Netflix special aha!
