Gov. Gavin Newsom shared that California is moving into stage 2 starting Friday.

During his briefing Newsom announced certain businesses, particularly those with curbside pickup will be allowed to reopen by the end of the week.

This includes clothing stores, florists, bookstores and sporting good stores. The state is holding off on reopening offices, seated restaurants and shopping malls.
