Volunteers will set up breakfast and energizer stations for bikers on key routes in the region.

From 11 a.m. to 12 noon at the California Department of Public Health and Department of Health Care Services will have a “bicyclist fueling station” outside the Old Soul Coffee house and Edible Pedal in the alley between 17th and 18th and L and Capitol.

From 3:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. snacks, water and drinks will be available for commuting bicyclists on the Guy West Bridge, along the bike trail near Sacramento State.

If you didn’t see the finale’ and have it on your DVR at home you are NOT going to want to click though, I will give you some advice for those who plan to watch. Do NOT blink the last five minutes of the show that’s when EVERYTHING happens.

Don’t act like I didn’t tell you I’m spilling all the dirt from last night’s show. Let’s start with Annie’s storyline with the priest. We knew this wasn’t going to work out right? He pledged his life to the Lord and can’t live without his commitment to God; which I fully respect but if you ask me Annie needs to get back together with Liam! I know you are all thinking it. I used to really like Annie’s character in the first few seasons she was like the moral compass of the show now she is the complete opposite. Murderer, alcoholic, high-priced hooker…the list goes on. Boo!

I was shocked when Navid returned to California, he’s another character I really used to like but now it seems like his only purpose is to stay in a holding pattern for Silver. Is it just me or has EVERY character slept with every other character? Ew!

Speaking of Silver, she wants a baby since she is having a double-mastectomy soon…Navid is willing but doesn’t want to if it’s only to be a donor since he loves her and Liam is her hot and bothered guy but she’s not sure what to do. What does she decide? To have her best friend in the whole world Teddy be the donor! He’s gay so they don’t have to worry about the complications of an on-again, off again relationship. I think it’s a great idea…but I think she should just have her eggs frozen instead of having a baby in her sophomore year of college.

I was surprised to see Naomi go for it last night. After fully planning an amazing wedding for the only guy she’s truly ever loved or played games with, she makes the decision to tell her man Max as he exchanges vows in the church that he is her one and only! Does it work? Um yeah, he called off his wedding to the nicest girl on the planet…she just didn’t happen to be the right one for him after finding out for sure that Naomi was still into him.

The two biggest shockers of the night you are not going to see coming at ALL. So again, be warned I’m blowing it!

 Recording artist, songwriter and producer Complex was born December 5, 1990 in Sacramento, California. At the age of nine he was able to compose his own music and sing while playing the piano.  Complex grew up with music in his blood.             Complex is currently producing music for recording artist with in the Pop/R&b/Hiphop genre. He is also working on his first debut album titled, “Better Late than Never” set to be released in the year 2012 under the independent label Million Dollar Entertainment.  His first single” Spotlight” has received excellent response by Cash Money Records Senior Vice President of Promotion, Mel Smith which stated, “I love the energy and  melodic feeling the song delivers when you push play”.

            Complex is planning to release no less than five brand new music videos by the end of year 2012 that will be broadcasted on television. His goal is to have his debut album “Better Late than Never” to receive feature stories in magazines across the U.S. and organize a tour across California. He will continue to produce music for himself and other recording artist. His next music video is set to be released this spring for his club single “Spotlight”.

So here’s a list from the relationship website YourTango.com of four ways to get a guy to kiss you…

1. Stare at His Lips-  Not the whole time though.  You’re supposed to go back and forth between his lips and his eyes.

Guys don’t always pick up on signals, so there’s no guarantee.  But if he’s paying attention, he should realize you’re into him.  (Or he’ll think he has food in his teeth.)

2.  Lean in and Smile-  Just leaning in close and flashing some lusty eyes should be a clear enough signal for most guys.  Basically, you want to look like you’re infatuated with him.

3.  Tell Him You’re Cold-  If you’re outside, chances are he’ll give you his coat or put his arm around you.  When that happens, try the “lean in and smile” move again.

You don’t necessarily need to say “kiss me” or anything that straightforward . . . even though most guys would be fine with it.  You can still be a little subtle and say something like, “Your lips look really soft.”

If he doesn’t pick up on THAT, he’s an idiot.  So you might just have to kiss him . . . or dump him.
