David Garibaldi performed at an event held at the White House today called ‘South By South Lawn’ or abbreviated ‘SXSL’. The event was inspired by Austin’s festival called ‘South by Southwest.’

The event held at the White House today had leaders in art, technology, food, innovation, and social change to see how we can move our country forward. David Garibaldi has traveled around the world as a performance painter and was part of the art portion of the festival today.

Check out pictures and a video below from the highlights of David Garibaldi’s performance today.

What can I say? SO many emotions. I just thank God for the talent that I get to put to work every day. I got asked to do this 2 weeks ago, but this was a lifetime in the making. I'm sharing this to hopefully inspire your journey. I started in a garage. You may be in your "garage". Your beginning, or on your journey. If you work as hard as you believe ANYTHING is possible. Thank you to the President for having the vision for an event like this. It really does inspire myself and other creators to keep innovating on what we do. Most importantly, what I learned today was, "how can we use our creativity to help others?". That's what I'm leaving with. That's what I hope you start with.
