Fab Being Sued For Assault
In a recent lawsuit, restaurant employee, Octavious Butler claims Fabolous assaulted him with a glass bottle.
Octavious Butler, a busboy at Atlanta’s Fox Sports Grill, is charging Fabolous with assault, after he claims the Brooklyn rapper struck him with both a glass bottle and his fist. The incident allegedly happened during Fab’s recent visit to Georgia, and the suit was filed January 31 in Fulton County Superior Court.
Butler alleges the 31-year-old Fabolous, real name John Jackson, and another man attacked him without being provoked. Butler is seeking an undisclosed amount of damages in his suit. At this time neither Fabolous, his label, Def Jam Records, or Butler have publicly addressed the accsations.
